Year #6 at Dewberry Farm was a blast! They were open on Columbus Day and Bill didn't have school, so after football was over at noon we picked the boys up early from school and headed out to Brookshire! It was about 68 degrees outside, sunny, and there weren't many people there. It was just about perfect!
Major loved playing in the hay!
Major was loving the goat! He kept squawking at him, but basically, the goat ignored him.
For the first time, we got to witness the pig races! Here the boys are, waiting on the pigs...
On your mark...get set...go!!! And as you can tell, they didn't really go, but it was fun anyway. :)
Time to get the pumpkin! Brady found one right off the bat.
Here is our family photo! A very nice lady out in the pumpkin patch took this photo for us and I think she did a very nice job! Somehow, she even got Major to sort of look at the camera! Eli is 6, Brady 4, and Major 14 months.
I love my guys looking for pumpkins! Bill is one of the best pumpkin pickers I know!
Eli and Brady both got to choose their own little pumpkins.
At this point, Major was totally done. You can see he is just crying while my older two are cracking themselves up. I love these guys.
What a great day! Now off to Cracker Barrel for our traditional after-pumpkin patch dinner!
What a fun family outing!
