2013 Random Pictures from my iPhone...

Technically, this is my last post for 2013.  Usually, I try to get the pictures off of my iPhone to put onto the blog, but sometimes, I miss a few.  In this case, I missed 83.  No biggie.  I'll just have a massive post here at the end. :-)  The pictures are all messed up in their order, so I'll try to do the best I can with what I have.

July 29th I took the boys to see the first White House of the Confederacy where southern president Jefferson Davis resided at the beginning of the Civil War.
We also went to the state capitol, here are the boys in front of a statue of Jefferson Davis.
 Running up the capitol lawn...
Trying to smile for me on the steps...it was so bright and sunny and hot...poor things.

Each state that fought for the confederacy is written in marble in front of the capitol building.  Here are Brady and Eli in front of Texas.  (Since we just moved to Alabama from Texas, they were very excited to find anything that said "Texas" on it.)
Bill's Alabama Christian Academy Eagles Varsity Football team were named the "Team of the Week" by WAKA (ABC affiliate) for their 49-7 win over Bullock County.  They came to the school to present him with the plaque.  Great job, babe!

The evening of October 26th Major began vomiting and wouldn't stop, so I took him to the emergency room.  This is how he looked when we got there.  The doctor gave him a pill...
and this is how he looked 15 minutes later.  He was totally cracking me up. At one point, someone came over the intercom and asked for a janitor to come to a certain hospital room.  I guess Major thought she was coming from a drive thru window because he says, "Ah, yes, I like a hamburger and juice please." I laughed and laughed.  I guess I need to go through the drive thru at McDonalds a little bit less. :-)
