Thanksgiving and the Second Annual Turkey Bowl

Thanksgiving Day 2011, a great day with sweet little boys running around, lots of family, lots of football, and lots of food!  The boys were so excited that it was Thanksgiving.  I think they were most excited for the 2nd annual Turkey Bowl!  This year we played mom and dad vs. Eli and Brady, but more on that in a minute.  First, we have some brother love while mommy is cooking Thanksgiving yummies.  Eli and Major above, and sweet little Brady below.  Brady likes to help me and I love him in the kitchen! :)

Major is 4 and a half months old, so he can't quite play football yet. :)  He just cheered on both teams in his Thanksgiving outfit while swinging on the back porch.
The Longhorn Team: Eli and Brady
Time for some warm-ups, Daddy, Eli, and Brady playing some catch.
This is Brady's "linebacker" stance.  Cracks me up every time.

The whole family on Thanksgiving Day 2011.  Major is 4 1/2 months, Eli is a week away from being 6, and Brady is 3 1/2.
We had dinner at Big Daddy and Gran Betty's house.
The boys decided to color while waiting for their dinner.

Now back to some football...once again, the blog posted the pictures in the wrong order.
 Team Michigan: Daddy and Mommy
Eli and Brady won on a legitimate tackle break for a touchdown.  I was trying to tackle Eli, who refused to put his knee down, then wrestled away and ran for the touchdown while Bill was holding back Brady.  I guess Bill and I are going to have to play harder next year!
Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
