Major is 7 months old!

Our little Major is 7 months old today!  He is sitting up, "talking" more (da-da is still the only word we know for sure, but he says lots of other ba-ba type things as well), and eating more solid foods.  He has slept about 6 hours through the night the last 3 nights, which has been great for me because for the past few weeks he's woken up about every 2 hours to eat and I've been walking around like a zombie!  He is crawling forward much better, although it still isn't a real crawl, more like a rock from side to side and lunge forward.  He recognizes his name and responds to it (which is so cute).  He is always ready with a smile and a laugh, and loves to be held...mama, dada, brothers, it doesn't matter...he just wants someone to hold him!  We love our precious baby boy!

Daddy's new thing is to pick Major up by his shirt; Major thinks this is hilarious.
Ok, I know this isn't about Major, but Eli's baseball season also began today.  It is his first time playing any sort of baseball.  We didn't know they actually start playing tee ball at age 4 around here, so he missed tee ball entirely and is going straight to coach pitch.  He bats very well and has a great arm, but he can't catch the ball so well.  We will definitely be working on that!  Here he is in all his baseball stuff we got for him to start out the season.  He is on the LA Dodgers.  Here's to starting a new sports experience.... Go Dodgers!
