When Major is not doing something right and he knows he is about to get in trouble he starts yelling, "I obey! I obey!" My sister in law took this picture of him, cropped it from the original photo, and added this caption for me of "I Obey". It is so funny and captures our crazy Major pretty perfectly. :)
