ACA Football Time! - August 18th

We love our daddy and we love ACA football!

This first picture is at "Meet the Eagles" night before the season started. Bill had these jerseys made for them so they could look like the varsity football players. What a sweet daddy!

Bill got together with the head coach of PCA (Prattville Christian Academy, a neighboring church of Christ school) and scheduled the "Church of Christ Bowl" at Faulkner University (a church of Christ college). We got to play at a Faulkner's campus and it was really cool. Here is Major with his best friend, Kaitlyn Sutton, and Ms. Pam (Pam Edwards, who I worked with the first year I was at ACA when I was an elementary aide. She is the elementary secretary.) We played a great game against PCA and won! The winners of the first Church of Christ Bowl are the ACA varsity Eagles!

We had a big game against Fultondale a couple of weeks later. the Montgomery newspaper, the Advertiser, had predicted us to lose 42-15. We won 29-13! It was a big game for us. We took a family picture on the field after the game. :)
