First Day of School - August 7th

The day before school starts at ACA is called "processing day". (I hate this name, by the way. It's like something off of Star Trek where an alien nation tells you to "assimilate or die". But anyway, I digress...) I took a few pictures on processing day of the boys in their new classrooms since the 7th would also be my first day of school as a teacher and I wouldn't be able to spend a lot of time down with the boys taking pictures.
This year, Brady is in 1st grade. He is in Mrs. Tolliver's class. Here is a picture of him in his desk and outside his classroom door. And since I am actually writing this in October, I can say that he absolutely loves it. His teacher tells me all the time how he is so sweet, and is a leader, and always does what is right. I am so proud of Brady!

Eli is in 3rd grade this year. His teacher is Mrs. Ingram. Here he is at his new desk and outside his new classroom. He is doing very well in school also and loves it! I am so thankful I have boys who love school and who are successful there!

The night before school started I read the boys the book, "The Berenstain Bears Go Back to School".
Now we get to the actual first day of school morning.
Eli-3rd grade
Brady-1st grade
And their new backpacks...Eli got the Angels and Brady the Braves
Major on his first day with Mrs. Gail Head. Major has done such a wonderful job at her house. I am so beyond thankful for her and the way she loves my little guy and takes such great care of him. Last year, we had a lot of problems with the babysitter, but this year we haven't had any! Major loves Ms. Gail and Ms. Gail loves Major!
