February's big event is Valentine's Day! Eli had a baseball game on Valentine's Day this year, so it was just Brady, Major and me for this occasion. Although it was sad without Eli, we still made everything as we always do. Heart shaped pizza for dinner and heart cake for dessert, with a scavenger hunt for Valentine's Day goodies afterwards!
Another great occurrence in February, both Eli and Brady made the school baseball teams! Brady was one of only 3 6th graders to make the middle school team, and Eli will also be playing JV in addition to middle school ball. This is a very great honor for both of them, since there were over 40 kids trying out for the middle school team. Baseball is the most popular sport in Florida, so there was a lot of competition! Congrats, Eli and Brady!
