2019 and 2020 were extremely busy years for the Moore Family. As such, I am sitting here on January 1st of 2021 and realizing I have two blog books to create so that we can remember these years.
For Christmas of 2018, I received a brand new camera, so a lot of these images from January of 2019 are from that new camera. First, we have Brady in his new Patriot's jersey, then we have some pictures of the boys playing outside on a beautiful Florida January day. (The temps in Florida in January are in the mid-70s to 80s, so it is perfect for playing outside. The winter months are why people live in Florida!)
The next set of images are of Eli playing basketball on his 7th grade basketball team. These pictures are now special to me because, although I didn't realize it at the time, it will mark the last time that Eli plays basketball for a school team. After his 7th grade year, he decided he didn't enjoy playing basketball, and would focus just on playing baseball and football. So these are my final images of Eli playing basketball for his school.
Lastly, we have some random shots. There is a picture of me with my high school principal, Emily Pigott. She is the absolute best principal with which I have worked! In 2018, I served as the school's Educational Technology Specialist and high school Graphic Design and Digital Media teacher. Then there is also a picture of the boys scoping out the city baseball fields where Brady and Major will play for the first time, Major on his 100th day of school dressed up as if he were 100 years old, Eli reading scripture at our church, and Brady leading singing at chapel in school. A great January, indeed!
